About the Position \n
Our client is seeking CDL-A local flatbed drivers for a home-daily position hauling steel products throughout Kansas and the western half of Missouri. Drivers will operate modern equipment, make 2–6 stops per day, and receive light-touch freight handling with customer unloading.

Pay & Schedule \n
\n
Average weekly pay: $1,400+ (est. $75,000/year)
\n
Pay rate: $0.70 per mile plus component pay
\n
Monday through Friday schedule
\n
Dispatch times between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., depending on the route
\n
Typical workdays are 8–12 hours
\n
\n

Stops: 2–6 stops per day

Weekly mileage: Approximately 1,500–1,600 miles
\n

Key Responsibilities \n
\n
Safely transport and deliver steel products throughout the assigned coverage area
\n
Operate a Freightliner Cascadia and 48-foot flatbed trailer
\n
Complete 2–6 delivery stops per day
\n
Use the Motive ELD and delivery application accurately
\n
Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations
\n
Maintain timely communication regarding routes, deliveries, and load status
\n
\n
Minimum Requirements \n
\n
Valid CDL-A
\n
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
\n
Flatbed experience preferred
\n
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
\n
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
\n
\n
