Job Title: General Labor F&AOverview summarySummit Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Fill & Assembly General Labors to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for performing basic tasks on fill and assembly lines to produce finished goods while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a repetitive, team-oriented setting. Job Details

• Location: Bolingbrook Area
• Type: Contract-to-hire
• Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to support fill and assembly line operations.
• Load units onto assembly lines and into cartons.
• Apply labels to bottles and cartons accurately.
• Assemble cartons and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Operate basic manual equipment used in production processes.
• Move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. and transport pallets using pallet jacks.
• Maintain production flow by completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Perform general cleaning duties including mopping and maintaining work areas.
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Support team objectives and assist with additional tasks based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move materials as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP guidelines is a plus.
• Experience working on assembly or production lines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment

• Positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts .
