Job Summary United Airlines is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience using communication and project management tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role. Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred. Familiarity with the airline or travel industry is a plus but not required. Working Hours Part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours per week ). Flexible work schedule, but availability during core business hours may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
